Pops of Pink: Guest Post from Mari at Arcadian Lighting

Hello, everyone! It's Mari here from Arcadian Lighting, a wonderful online place to find lovely lighting fixtures in all styles and finishes from outdoor lanterns to elegant chandeliers. I'm so excited to be visiting Beaux R'eves with a guest post about one of my favorite ways to use color—adding pretty pops of pink.

If you love pink as much as I do, you already know how versatile it is. It's one of those hues that plays nicely with lots of other colors--neutrals, brights and dark moody shades too. Here, for your color inspiration are eight great spaces that show off pops of pink.

With a calm neutral background, this living room is brought to life with pops of pink and turquoise, a combination that seems to be trending right now.

This small sitting room gets a wow factor with pops of pink. I love the yummy pink on the tufted velvet footstool turned coffee table and the leather Moroccan pouf. The contrast of black metal and glass drops on the hanging light fixture looks amazing in this space.

A soft pink wall offers an opportunity to go with pops of pink in deeper shades in the wall art and the huge floral arrangement on the dining table.

How pretty are these two pops of raspberry in an eclectic bedroom setting! This space goes from neutral to splashy with the addition of one chair and an area rug—how easy is that?

A sophisticated apartment gets amped up with pops of pink. I love the curved loveseat and slipper chair.

Pink draperies and tall vase of flowers along with colorful patterned decorative pillows bring a happy vibe to this neutral living room.
