Limoges Easter Table

I cannot get enough of Spring!
I love the tulips, the daffodils,
the warmer weather and
even the occasional thunderstorm.
So, I wanted to include all of those
elements in my Easter table this year.
I got all of my ceramic bunnies
out for the celebration and then created
a centerpiece to go with my table.
I'll show you how I made this rustic
Spring basket in tomorrow's post.
The bunnies sure seem to be enjoying Spring!
I have never used this china set on the blog.
I've been saving it for a special occasion...
I bid on it at an Estate Sale
and won the bid.
It's made by Limoges,
but I don't know what the
pattern is unfortunately.
I've never seen the gold rim
with the green also in a Limoges pattern.
The china is so delicate and light weight.
I am always afraid I will break it when I handle it.
I always feel good when I buy things
at an Estate Sale that I use in my own home.
I know that the previous owner
would want it to be loved and cared for
and to see it used in happy celebrations.
These parfait glasses and goblets were
handed down from my great grandmother.
I feel that these treasures should be
seen and talked about.
My daughter loves hearing the stories
that come along with these pieces.
In fact, these pink napkins were a
wedding gift over 33 years ago.
The serving pieces that came with the set
are all in perfect condition.
I really have a thing for covered casserole dishes...
 And these are absolute perfection!
Mr. B agrees!
This is a covered butter dish.
Why do pretty dishes make me so happy?
Of course it's not Easter
without a little chocolate.
A little Godiva bunny on each place setting
should cure the cravings....
Hopefully they last until Sunday!
I hope you all have a wonderful celebration
with family and friends...
Happy Easter!
Until Next Time,

This is a gorgeous Easter table and the how lucky are you to have won the bid on these dishes. I've been telling everyone that I love bunnies in Spring decor. They are so cute!

All so beautiful! The basket arrangement is lovely and the Limoges China is just beautiful! I think you'd be surprised at how strong it really is but I'd also be afraid to break any of it! You probably already know how you can write (e-mail) to Replacements Ltd. and ask them to identify the pattern but if you didn't know now you do! Wishing you and your family a blessed Easter!

Lovely, lovely, lovely and I'm right with you when it comes to using the bright colors of spring. Your china is quite a find and reminds me of my mother's pattern.
