Yes, it's a lot of work 
but the Exterior of your home 
is as important as the Interior, 
especially if your home is for sale!

Now is a good time to take a hard look 
at the front door, 
paint and trim on your home.  
Imagine that you are the buyer.  
Standing at the front door is the first "up close" 
look at your home.  
Make sure that it is meticulously clean 
and that the paint is in good condition.

and lackluster after the harsh, 
cold winter that we had this year?  
It wouldn't take much 
to dress up this home before listing it.

You don't have to spend 
a lot of money to make a big impact 
in the front of your home.  

Keep your lawn mowed weekly, 
 sweep all of your walkways, porches and patios, 
 reduce any clutter that you have, like children's toys, 
pressure wash your deck and driveway if needed, 
 and add a few flowers in pots 
 and in the front beds for color.
