Christmas At Tiffany's Reprise

I am sharing my very first blog post EVER with you again today.  I was so excited to enter the world of blogging but really had no idea what it was all about:this blogging world.
I have learned so much and I have so much more to learn.
I'm excited about 2013
as I have some special
plans for my blog so
stay tuned
and enjoy!
(it's ok to laugh a little too!)

Christmas At Tiffany's
2011

This is my very first post on my Blog so bear with me as I learn how all of this works.  Setting up the Blog has been interesting.  I'm sure as I continue things will change and evolve, just like ME!!!

Here is what I have been working on this week...

Christmas Table 2011

I started with a swag that I found at Marshall's that had the pretty silver and Tiffany blue ornaments all intertwined.

I then interlaced a greenery swag down the middle of the table.

I added my Opal Innocence China on Silver chargers and a although I wanted to use my Christmas China that I bought at Macy's many years ago for a dollar a plate, (long story) I didn't want to break up the Silver and Blue theme. I ended up placing a bread plate from Opal Innocence on top.  You can see the wording around the rim but not the picture in the middle.

I added a cloche on each place setting with something different under each one.

The goblets belonged to my Great Grandmother.

Something wonderful under each one!
I recently picked up this gem at Tuesday Morning.

My centerpiece is a mix of faux and real flowers and greens in an estate sale silver wine chiller.

I am more than pleased with this years table.
What do you think?

  1. I remember this table, Cindy! This was the first time we "met" in blog land! I don't think I ever got the story on the $1 plates from Macy's! :-) I remember how much I loved the baubles on the garland and just the whole color scheme. Still beautiful a year later, and I'm so glad to have made your acquaintance! Enjoy the weekend!!!

  3. Cindy, This is one of my favorite color combos. You surely did a fantastic job on your post ever. I am afraid I wasn't that professional. The swag down the center of the table is genius. I love the cloches at each place and the blue ornaments are so soothing. Actually blue, and shade or hue, is my favorite color...ever.
I don't know how I missed crossing paths with you. I am a new follower.
Blessings for a Merry Christmas, Ginger
